How is possible to have a "good" connection status with EU servers and an "excellect" with JP ,while im leaving in greece?

1) Your internet connection has a better connection to the better-quality Japanese Internet Infrastructure than it does to the American Infrastructure.
2) You are physically closer to said Japanese Data Center than you are to its NA/EU Counterpart in the United States.

Especially Marvel Heroes ,rewarded everyone on the game with the real money-in game currency ,for the trouble that they've caused on the first day,which were some simple disconnects..I dont see SE rewarding us with anything ,some extra game time maybe. I cant imagine how terrible the official release will be,and how wasted our monthly fee will go, if the same problems persist..

Considering the game hasn't officially LAUNCHED for another 25 hours 40 minutes, you've got some gilded fishing tackle there demanding compensation. Early Access is EARLY 'Countdown for ignition', not 'Rockets are Go' stage.
