If you are wanting your money back please do us a favor never play a mmo again. this is how they work first few weeks of launch they fix all the problems that come up no game is without this progress even mmo tycoon World of Warcraft. hell WoW wasnt even really playable for almost a month after release and even now they release a xpac and its buggy for a week or so till everything is fixed so please stop bitching and asking for a refund cause you wont get one.

Even though I think this launch has been really terrible and frustrating on the infrastructure side of things.. I have to completely disagree with you about WoW's launch. I literally started and played from day 1 with that game and was level 60 in my first month. Had virtually no problems. Now, every other MMO i've played has had a pretty terrible launch.

But they should have seen this that's what beta's are for see the issues of servers on overload. Elder scrolls online has already did a stress test on their servers and their game content is still being made.

Then you are free to leave this game, and its servers alone. You don't need to be part of our community or forums, and you can go wait with the other people waiting to be separated out by Race and System to be assigned a server for the ESO gameplay.

I like how fanboys make threads such as " IF YOU DONT LIKE IT GO HOME !". Apparently you're completely clueless Aunkah about what's going on in the world of online gaming.We are supposed to be playing in EARLY ACCESS,but we've managed to stay online for like 15-20 hours in total for the past 2 days (20 hours is for the lucky ones), which means we've paid to play the beta. The game is amazing, there's no doubt about that, but the EU company behind it, is apparently unable to handle the servers.How can JP group have only 1 maintainance in the past 2 days,while NA/EU had like 5-6 or more? How is possible to have a "good" connection status with EU servers and an "excellect" with JP ,while im leaving in greece? And please dont tell me about other mmo's and their problems at launch,i've faced terrible launches for the past 11-12 years like this one , but i've faced excellent launches (recently) too like Guild Wars 2 ,and Marvel Heroes.

How is possible to have a "good" connection status with EU servers and an "excellect" with JP ,while im leaving in greece?

1) Your internet connection has a better connection to the better-quality Japanese Internet Infrastructure than it does to the American Infrastructure.
2) You are physically closer to said Japanese Data Center than you are to its NA/EU Counterpart in the United States.

Considering the game hasn't officially LAUNCHED for another 25 hours 40 minutes, you've got some gilded fishing tackle there demanding compensation. Early Access is EARLY 'Countdown for ignition', not 'Rockets are Go' stage.

I just though Fu(k it. Made a char on Masa, and there i'm staying. All the NA/EU servers are down, all the JP servers get preferential treatment, why the hell not.
We will just be bringing our servers problems there some might say.
I say, let the JP servers know our pain!!
