No QUEUE, just 1017. Forever.

I find it a bit frustrating that 99% of these issues are on the NA/EU servers. When these errors pop up, I can usually log in on my JP server characters with no issues. What gives?

Yea after 2 hours of start game, select character, enter world error 1017 i finally got in.

This is terrible... I've been a fanboy this whole time, didn't complain about a thing. But this is too much. 2 years a 4 (7 lol) betas later, we get "Legacy" status (yay) and our prize is an "early release" where we can't even log in. Fed up with this sh!t. This is just too much SE. This should have been BEYOND fixed by now, and every time the servers die I can't find a Info update from you guys for hours.. Isn't someone appointed for this kind of thing? WTF is the pop limit and WTMFF happened to the queues? Removing them and expecting us to guess, pray, or f*ck off is a pretty bad PR move at this point. Sadface.

I just hate how I bought another CE of the game to support the cause like I'm sure so many other have and am not able to play the game. I mean I'm such a fan of FF i basically payed 80 bucks for a PS3 copy almost just for the early access. Now with about 4-5 of play time it wasn't even close to worth it. On the other hand ima still be here clicking that start bottom. hope something works out soon. Just don't seem right, it's not beta no more or even Launch. It's early access which people are charged for.

EXACTLY! We're not volunteers/beta testers anymore. I dealt with it for p4 because we weren't customers and it was a part of the 'job', errors glitches and issues come with the territory. But we've paid for the game, sometimes far far in advance, we're customers now - and this is our reward.

Now, I'm not joining the riot brigade.... but I do want SE to understand that we are justifiably miffed. They aren't answering our questions. They aren't even acknowledging them. Why are the jp servers still up and without problems? Why are the NA/EU servers crashing and burning? Why is this shite even happening - how could they NOT know how many people would join for early access? Why the hell can't they even try to keep us updated - how hard is it to post and say "Hey, sorry peeps! Techs are busy doing such and such!! Totally borked the servers. No worries, we're working on it! ^_^y " I mean.. really. Is that all too much to ask?

We have speculations and rumors, but I want explanations! Hell, at this point I'd be happy with some dude/chick at least keeping us semi-updated so we don't feel completely ignored. *sigh*

Wow, now I read how I've been instructed to simply "change to another server".. Fucking amazing. That's an awesome fix since SE allows us to easily transfer our chars whenever we want... er.. wait...

I'm really feeling as if after all this they don't want a lot of people to play?
