NA PS3 Players with Collectors Edition Pre-Orders in PSN

when are the devs going to address the ps3 preorder issue for the physical copy purchasers?

Same thing, I got early access from an Amazon order (But i was able to stop the order before it charged me and still get early access :P), and I also bought the Collector's edition from PSN, and I got the voucher last night. When I finished downloading the game, I found I had two service accounts. The only problem, one is absolutely empty and the other has my character data. I hope I still receive the CE items for my original service account.

yeah I did the same thing, Hey SE I hope the CE is available for both service accounts!

Just give a clear description on your situation.

Currently, as I understand from all the comments, there are two types of "two service account" holders.
1. those that bought the Std Ed after getting the refund. either on PSN or any other retailer.
2. those that did a preorder on a retailer(Std Ed or CE) then cancelled it after getting the code(which i think is very cheeky and is illegal, though its not your fault their system does not catch this loophole)


BUT! I also suggest you do this after launch. Who knows you might get the CE items without a problem, just like us who waited for our XMB msgs.

about this issue, you should probably contact Square Enix and the retail company ASAP.

and you can make a separate forum/thread with an appropriate title, like maybe, "[Unresolved]PS3 Collectors Edition Physical Pre-Order]
then put on your OP every detail you think is appropriate and can help the devs solve you problem. sample below:

steps taken to try and resolve problem:

Um SE should have never upload a faulty version in the first place. Like a lot of people I pre-order from amazon and then later when I found out psn had for cheaper I switch. If push comes to shove ill start over agian only to lvl 20. On top of that it will on less populated server!

faulty is OK. you never know, they might compensate us with a free one year subscription...

Yep, still waiting for mine as well. have not received anything for the preorder or ce items as well on the PS3. Perhaps tomorrow or later on. Atleast the game is runnign and we can log in.
