Unable to connect NA/Eu character list

I got this error, relog fixed it but then I got the dreaded 1017

Been unable to log in for the majority of the past two days. So far during "early access" I've managed the sum total of one hour gameplay.

I get this every time I try to log in. No way to even see the list of NA servers at this time.

Would have thought there would have been some response to this 3-4 hours later...

...though I guess if / when there is a response it'll be the same useless "We are deeply sorry", "Please be patient" crap that they'll expect us to lap it up when they stick Yoshida's name in front of it. If we're lucky we may even get a 3 hour maintenance and that breaks more than it fixes.

If they can't even get early access right I dread to think what it will be like on launch day.

I still don't get why they are having server problems when this is suppose to be the live version of the game. This is not really early access. That would imply that we ACTUALLY GET TO PLAY THE FULL GAME with out any major issues. Why not call it what it is phase 5 beta, because very little of the main parts that make this game work actually work.

Yup, same here. We are sorely disappointed with the server management. But wait, this is Beta 5 correct?

Is it to much to ask for an auto-time out at this point. If there is so much congestion why are you allowing people to stay in the game indefinitely.
I'm quite sick of the server is full just to find people who have been standing in the same spot for hours........
I'm sick of error 1017,9000,10102 or reading that the the server full
Auto timer would fix ALOT of issues

And after i went away for an hour I came back to finding I cannot even find the NA/EU servers. Oh I can view the J ones just fine.

At this point to me it seems clear that NA/EU customers are on the back burner.
