Lol, First i've been at more launches then you probably, At D3 unaccesable for a week? Pretty much lies. Was it hard to get in? Yes, but once you got it people didn't had to much problems.
And i wouldn't be complaining if i could actually get in. Once again, D3 had a crappy launch. but it sure as hell wasn't unplayable.

This isn't my first online game launch, but it is most undoubtedly my worst experience. I've been at the MMO well since EQ. I've been through a dozen or more launches. EQ1, EQ2, DAoC, Shadowbane, AoC, CoV, LoTRO, VG:SOH and others. This is without a doubt the worst I've experienced and it does not have to be that way if SE would get off their pile of money and upgrade their infrastructure.

D3 was not unaccessible for one week. Probably the first two days but like Blitzace said...once you got in, there were no more bugs. Now FFXIV.....

Indeed, And the bugs i can live with, No dungeons? no problem! i'll explore the landscape, the craft system, the fishing system and w/e the rest is. Level a different job. But the point remains, i haven't been online long enough to even unlock anything else.

I'm sure they'll fix it. I have no doubt about that, but the fact remains this is something that could have been avoided. or atleast maintained in a smaller scale
