Its not the maintenance fault. The hamsters who run the login wheel got overworked and died. And since its weekend, all the petstores are closed, so SE staff cant buy more hamsters to run the loginwheel until monday

I mean seriously afk ppl arent kicked out from the game from innactivity we have been waiting countless hours for maintenance that this is some kind of beta while it is marketed as early access, We have paid both for a pre order and became legacy as well.

We have showed our support in many ways by now so.. where is THEIR support, to us Faithful customers we have been treated like we are f2p players.

Would it -realy- be to much trouble to adress us by replying to this thread and state that they are aware of this and are franticly working on a solution?
And include some remark about they are also coming up with something to make up for the trouble that is going on.

They just made an announcemet on launcher... Seriously the ppl are clueless.. their support and their community team is bad or nonexistent maybe tehy should release a letter from the producer to trick us that they commune with the community.

I for one (it seems) would just like to congratulate the customer service department for their prompt response to my enquiry.

Last night whilst I was enjoying exploring the game, the infamous 10102 network error message appeared so I got in touch with service department. Within half an hour they responded, detailing and informing me of their current server issues and apologising every step of the way. An hour or so later I was able to log back in and resume my early access!

Have some empathy peeps, things like this will inevitably happen and aught to be expected. Lets all try and be optimistic. I for one am grateful the problems are being resolved sooner than later.

I'm sure several months down the line, many of us will be looking back with rosy eyes and discussing this with our friends with smiles and warm funny feeling in our hearts.

Are you guys bothering to read the updates on maintenance? They're not hard to find, they're on the front page of the main site and on the game launcher. Chill.

It's hilarious how rapidly people fall apart when not being able to log in for a couple of hours for a game that will be going for years to come.
