"Early access"

One of the great things about CE which I payed for, was the early access part, but you know what?

So far I have not gotten what I payed for. I have tried to play this game 4 times since the early acces started, and I have only been able to play the game properly 1 time. One time I got to the play for 30 minutes, then the servers was shut down. Now I cannot acces the game becue the "server is full". The other time the servers were down.

I paid for a service which you are not giving me. This is a joke. There's got to be a compensation for this?

Watch out i have heard this argument before and the SE brown nosers were quick to point out early access was not one of the reasons we payed to pre-order the game. lol

Early Access is the only reason I pre-ordered the game. I have 1.0, but no Legacy, so I didn't have to buy it. I could have just subbed, but because I wanted EA to play with my mates sooner, I pre-ordered. But so far every downtime has been when it hurts Aussies the most.

(76 hrs, still no response to my own support ticket to get a NA EA code. Good times. XD)

I expect compensations, I'm like Kasern; I'm version 1.0 player but not legacy and pre-ordering the game was only to get early-access.

Exactly same here... Actually yesterday i played about 1h until encountered quest what i could not comblete becouse coult not enter instanced area. And after "mainterance" not even chance to get into game

I cancelled my pre order about 30 minutes after not getting any codes and reading almost everyone is having the problem when ordering through SE. Being poor, I now must wait till my money is refunded to me to order through Amazon, which I hear is a lot more reliable with keys. >.<

Just tried to join my server. I became so happy becuse this time I was in the queue! Then 15 seconds later; "The world is full... bla bla bla try again later" -.-

They said approx 3 hours so do what i am doing and watch a good movie that lasts more then 1 hour and a half from now. More if you can manage it to give them alot of leg room to stuff up again.

If you pre-ordered the regular version of the game, you would still get early access. If you pre-ordered the Collector's Edition, you did it because you wanted all the other goodies which come with it. Early access will continue over the next two days and my money is on it being up more often than it's down. I get that you're angry, but you definitely have got early access. The downtimes are part and parcel of the launch of any MMO, but you will probably have a good, what, 50 hours or so access before launch assuming that the servers are down for a third of the time.
