NA PS3 Players with Collectors Edition Pre-Orders in PSN

Now that our CE preorder problems are being resolved and the solution is being continouosly rolled out, please have time to thank Bayohne and co. for hearing and helping us out. I believe they did us a favor today.

Just count all the major problems, bugs, errors and maintenance schedules that they had to go through today. Add all the forum congestion, customer rants, etc. Despite all of that, they came through and got us our pre-orders working. They managed to reduce our downtime to one day only so we can enjoy 2 more days of early access. This is waaaayyyy better than having no access at all. And take note, our FF14:ARR is now given to us free of charge. We saved $59.99. XD

Thanks Bayohne and whoever was working with you to resolve our issue. KUDOS!

Well, after all the stress and worrying, we can now play FF14:ARR... after maintenance... and hopefully no more errors.
It was well worth the wait. Thank you to all of those that waited with us. See you in Eorzea!

I got a message through PSN, clicked the attachment and then downloaded. All seemed fine. However I tried to go back to the message only to find it disappeared and now have no code to register on their (SE) website for registered game service's. If anyone know's a fix for this Id greatly appreciate it. Write your code down BEFORE Redeeming it!
*EDIT forgot to put time: Received notification approx 3 am on August 24th. Could not obtain world data till about 5 am.

that code was a 12-digit PSN code. you cannot use it on the SE site. even if you do, it will not work. if you want to add it on your registered game services, you might want to contact SE directly.

Yeah you don't need the code itself, it's just to download the client, once you're in client you'll be able to register.So don't worry about actual code as long as you started the client download. I don't think you even need the download at all, just the fact you received it, open up your existing client if you have one and you'll be prompted to register your account. Then you can access Lodestone etc.

I got a code as well but for some reason it won't let click on the attachment...I have the message from square and a 12 in the attached file so how do I download it...pretty sweet about getting a complimentary copy of the game though. Guess I should have waited but oh well. Glad it's been resolved

Nvm...paused download re entered game and had to sign new user agreement..apparently you do not have to re download. Pretty sweet deal. Free collectors edition, 20 bucks in my PSN Square you have outdone yourselves and I salute you. See you all in game
