A fortune teller? No, I am an educated young adult that understands the basics of the Japanese/US economies and what it means if this game continues on it's present path. I'm also admittedly raged over the fact that they had all beta to stress test, and should have extended the Phase 4 test to launch to avoid this, now what's going to happen is these errors will likely stain the experience of returning/new players and this is how people will see ARR.

Why did they insist on only 3 days of open beta, even when their beta was NOT stable? Seriously their is no excuse for that, the mess we see here today is SE being cheap, lazy, and over-confident with their product during the beta test. Now on launch days where people have paid exclusively for 3 days of early access(only reason i re-bought the game) we have major issues.

Usually anytime someone says something like this it means that they really don't know what they are talking about and are just inflating their own egos.

Soon should be now, dunno why they think they need to wait. They clearly are having many problems with the server and it's better served to look at the tables while we're not updating them.

Tell me why so many of us stuck around for ARR after putting up with 1.0?

I'll tell you why. Despite what you might think, not all MMO players are mindless sheep who believe every review of any new game. A lot of us have developed the ability to think for ourselves and try something out before just believing one guy's opinion on a game.

Now, tell me how you can say 100% that your opinion on this game is gospel? You are just another person, with a keyboard, and internet access. You are a grain of sand on a beach. What you think, is not automatically the standard for what everyone else should think.

Fact: The game is not functioning, people are logging into a message that says
The world is currently full.
Players in queue: x

And then after waiting per expectation of any "experienced" MMO player the players are waiting, only to get to position x and suddenly be greeted with

"This World is currently full. Please await until an opening is available and try again"


This isn't just high player volume, it's a server/db problem, especially when you consider the 9000 error against this.

So, if ANY review says the following:

"FFXIV was marred by a barrage of errors during it's early access phase, sending many players into a perpetual loop of login attempts, frustrating those who spent money to pre-order the game for Early Access and disheartening returning players"

Every sensationalized word of it would be true.
