Square can you please contact UK ISP BT/EE

BT and EE who use BT's line are currently classing ARR as p2p software which is making the game unplayable for UK customers between 7pm and midnight due to traffic management shaping. Bt's answer is they need someone from Square to contact them with relevant info. Please can this be passed to the relevant team, and the issue be resolved as soon as possible, thank you.

the problem is BT are apparently classing ARR as p2p software. I just took out a contract with EE which costs nearly £40 a month, im not at BT customer but EE now EE uses BT's fibre/line. Its clearly a problem for quite a few people so we would like it addressed. The answer isnt simply to upgrade onto a newer contract.

Trion did the same back in Rift's launch and was able to clear up any lag problems, proving that it was the throttling issue.
