No Eu/NA list. Bugged quest. Duty finder bugs, INFO HERE

So I am not 100% sure if this is correct section to post in however since its a technical issue I would assume so.

My Benchmark score was perfectly fine(good actually), during beta phase 3 and 4 when I played I didn't have this issue. I also think it could possibly be just over load in the early access when this was happening but friends of mine who I was playing with were not having this issue.
The issue is. When I am in a city Quest NPC's and players(mostly NPCs) are taking some time to load. When they eventually load the Quest icon above their head also takes few more seconds to load up. I am also having lag issue when Casting a Spell (which my internet service is fine. I am the only one on my optimum online internet. I also have a open really good router. I have no issues w/ any other MMOrpgs/or online games on my computer. Speed test is great. I also messed with the graphics settings (which during beta phases I had all on Max high settings and the game ran perfectly with no issues). Do hope someone else is having this issue and it isn't just me.

dude chill ... its normal server lag so stop freakin out ... everyone gets these lags
