    Try going to the "boot" directory in your final fantasy directory and right-click each .exe file and select unblock. This got me past the 10019.

    Where exactly do you see unblock? I can't seem to find it

    Running Windows 7? right-mouse click each ffxivlauncher.exe, ffxivboot.exe, ffxivupdater.exe and select properties at the bottom of the menu. You should see the following choices, see pic. Click unblock. This got me past that error.

    I see everything besides unblock. windows 7 64bit

    You're not supposed to see it on properly installed programs of any type. There's something incorrect with his security settings, or he used that alternate download torrent.
