Steps:
Went to do the quest, and after a minute said I couldn't connect to the duty finder server. And backed me out. Then I tried to start the quest again, and am suck at a loading black screen.

This is affecting other instances, including the CNJ 30 class quest on Excalibur. Several of us are stuck and can't do anything.
