Did you deleated your past client? I am also doing this but dunno if I should deleated and then re-download it.

I did not have to delete my Phase 4 client. The only thing that was new from the purchase was the Pre-Order code. After starting the game again, I was able to login and register without any problems.

This leads me to believe that the issue lies with those Pre-Order codes we bought during that time frame.

So just to get this straight, you bought it from PSN store, then just avoid the download. Afterwards you opened the P4, loged in and start patching?
