You're forgetting some things.

1) People who did not puchase in the 8/13-8/15 window don't have the same issue. So, it IS a problem.

2) SE has explicitly stated that it's a technical issue, and that they will be working on it.

Yeah, if the problem is that PSN is blocking verification until 2am, that would solve it. This may, in fact, be a complete non-issue if the rep is right. Which I hope (fingers crossed) she is.

the people who is able to get in its because they bought after the 16th of august and the ps3 recognize that the beta goes after than the EA look in your services the date of your EA and you going to look its says the same day you bought its 13,14or 15

That's a good point. It may simply be that the Early Access service with the dates Aug 13-15 is not getting recognized and thus the error pops up. The error could be the wrong error code by default because there is no other default code for this issue....

because theres some people like me that says isnt fair that some people can download the patch alredy and i need to wait till 2am pst

Y'know what? I think you guys are on to something. The game is acting as a "Pre-Order" as it should thus not activating till 5:01a.m.(Est). This always happen when I pre-order from PSN. Now, if it doesn't activate at the time of EA, then we panic.

they cant do that because to refund you need 15 days x_X
