legacy account but no access to early access WTF

Here where exactly do you see that symbol Kaihri?
I can't seem to find any trace of my account being Legacy while I paid for over 12 months.

Same here I am legacy character interesting that I am unable to Download the update that they had supposedly at 5 23 am in the morning. Unless like you guys said they already have us in Game. When I logged in during phase 3 and 4 my character on the side of its name stated (LEGACY) and paid over 3 months of subscription before it became free as well i have the collectors edition of Final Fantasy 14. So not sure what to do since SE phone lines are busy like crazy and will most likely not get through with someone. Or am I ok and have to wait until Early Release time starts. Please feed back with information to clarify what is going on. I remember from the letter of producer if im not mistaken that those that beta test had access to early release and would use the same game client of phase 4 to access ER. Thank you guys for reading this piost i hope i can get some information on what is happening.

Did you pay for 3 months AFTER Jan 2012, which the legacy campaign was running? If not, then you have a 1.0 Character, however you would not be of Legacy status they are not the same thing.

If you log into the SE account management and go into Select Service then FFXIV. If you have legacy it should look like this.
