just saw the same thin in my email as the OP they sited "unable to process card" when I had made sure that I could process it earlier this month, but when I got a higher up they said it had no complete address when I know I had to fill out the complete address to even make the order

Ugh, sorry to hear this OP. I hope this doesn't turn into another Digital River nightmare. The Ni No Kuni Wizard Edition mess was bad enough.

Once I realized I needed the PS3 version I happily cancelled my SE store order and got the PS3 CE from Amazon. The mistakes Digital River makes with limited edition products is getting out of hand.

We are having an issue with DR also. Got the email 2 days ago saying they shipped it and charged our card but there is no charge and the tracking number when clicked says it's invalid. I'm starting to get worried myself.

This is the email they sent me:

I have to wait 3-5 business days to hear back to see if I can still get it.

I did the same thing for my wife........... but I used two diff emails, same CC though. They better not cancel my CE edition. I will kill a b*tch.

Same thing happening to lots of people who ordered from GAMESTOP.UK. Seems like both DR and GS accept far more orders than they can actually deliver, then just cancel any surplus orders later.

I guess all they care about is making sure they sell all of their merchandise, without keeping tab of how many copies they actually have left in the warehouse.. I'd never order from them again.

Just received an email stating that my order has been canceled for the CE pc version. I'm on the phone with support right now.

They are saying since I ordered a Physical copy of the PC CE AND a digital copy (for my brother) under the same credit card. They got confused so they decided to cancel my physical copy.

Now they are stating there is no guarantee that I am going to receive it since the item is a collectors and already sold out.

FU digital river!

Wow... that's really screwed up, because you'd think from a retail standpoint they would've cancelled the less expensive version and charged you for the one that they would make more money off of. I would think if you have all the appropriate documentation from the original purchase that they would have to honour the sale so long as you have the funds to cover it. Hope you get it straightened out and quickly!
