Given that Microsoft leaves open doors for the NSA to utilize their software without your consent.. They possibly thought the Square-Enix early access codes were nuclear launch codes! DUN DUN DUN

Its via web... hotmail merged with outlook and u acces from there > www.outlook.com

I thought you meant MS Outlook (Like from Office). I've had a few instances of people losing emails using IMAP and had to find a fix. That isn't going to help you guys though unfortunatley. X_x

I guess the only fix here is getting support from SE but they dont seem to care at all... they keep replying my tickeds with "keep waiting brah". And they(support team) doenst seem to work on weekends so its GG for early acces for me.

Try your spam filter, main email accounts, and read the email message carefully as the code goes in the format of AAAAAA-XXX-AAAAAA-XXX

well feel the same way on the other hand still have my hope up that it is gonna show up 5 mins before EA. if not so be it and hope that we get CE code
