Hi all, has it been confirmed whether or not someone with two service accounts under the same master ID that BOTH HAVE ACCESS TO PS3 will be allowed to choose either 1 or 2 to log on like it is on PC?

Is legacy only if you paid for some monthly time during 1.0?

Legacy is if you paid for three months during the legacy time frame. Go to https://secure.square-enix.com/accou...n?cont=account

Then go to services. Go to ff14 and see if there is a legacy icon next to your service account. If you don't see it, then you are not legacy. In which case, you must preorder right now to get early access. Be careful where you preorder because you might not get the preorder codes from some sellers this late.

If you are a 1.0 player (legacy or not legacy), as long as you register you a preorder code on your account, you will be able to play on any console during early access.

If you are not a 1.0 player and only register a ps3 early access code to two services accounts, you will only be able to log into the ps3 version. In this case the only way to play on pc too is to get another early access code and select the pc platform and apply it to the service account you wish to use during early access.

Open up the game on PS3 and log in to the FFXIV service account you want to link your PSN to. It should then prompt you to link up. Follow the instructions and your PS3's SEN should be linked to your existing 1.0 account.

Here's what I did:

• I entered my redeemed PS3 pre-order code in the Playstion Store. I downloaded the FFXIV client and installed it.
• I used Internet Search and entered square-enix.com. Clicked on the SE Global link and selected my region language, which was NA (US).
• I logged into my SE service account and entered my email (that I registered with my Legacy account) and password.
• Read and follow the instructions. It will link your SEN account to your SE account. Next, you can link the optional pre-order digital items to your existing service account too!

Doing this will allow you to play on either platform during EA, but not both at the same time.

For Step 3 I am assuming you went back into ps3. Started the ff14 arr game and logged in from there. If you log into the square-enix website and log in from the website, you will not be able to link service account. You can switch language or region like you did though.
