    Might be your ISP that's the cause of the issues. Is it possible for you to try at a friends place or other place that is using a different ISP?

    Not likely. Roommate downloaded and patched on his PS3 just fine, though, so I'm not 100% sure what's going on. A full system wipe didn't fix it. :/

    How about you have your roommate log his/her PSN account on your Playstation 3 and attempt to download/patch the game with it. Just to see if the issue is related to your account in particular or the console itself.

    I've tried it on my account, my girlfriend's account and I'm now creating a brand new account to download it on -- just to test things.
