I think you're missing the point.
Soloing will always take longer than grouping, usually a lot longer. But eliminating the option for people to solo altogether causes a lot of problems, and honestly fixes none. People will group when given the option usually, so I'm not sure why you care anyway.

The reason I bring this up is I see most people only soloing leves and waiting until their hourly behests.. idk it's just not fun seeing people just run by themselves. I loved sp before they changed the whole thing, when people actually grinded at all levels and whatnot

Eh, if someone runs by you like that, maybe try and strike up a conversation with them? The real problem in the game at the moment is that we have crap for a LFG system at the moment.. People are more prone to only group with friends or LS mates because of that. (And likewise, they just don't know where else to look for people..)

A better grouping system would be a blessing, and I'm surprised what with all the requests flooding into these forums that I haven't seen it mentioned more often..

I'm guessing from your signature that your haven't been playing since the game first launched? Before sp was sorta random but you had TONS of grind parties at all levels. I remember grinding on crabs and nannys all the time... it was FUN. It's just that the game isn't like that anymore since you can solo all the way to r20 by yourself and behest in 3 hours. YES I have done that on a couple new characters just to mess around. And idk if the grind parties are gone bcuz of sp now or the lack of in-game people

Alright, sorry. Jumping between threads at the moment is all.

I agree the old system was kinda cool, but it was also kind of inconsistent in its returns too. It boiled down to a lot of skill spam at times and not a lot else. Parties were easier to get then too though, yeah, because more people were playing at the time and there was a lot larger of an incentive to it than there admittedly is now. At the time, you could get a pretty large party going and rake in the SP.. Nowadays, yeah, you can solo to 20 fairly quickly on your own. (Though I still feel partying is much faster post-20 in terms of leveling..)

They do need to add more options to make partying better, I don't deny that at all.

LOL I know.. I just miss the beginning.. I think it's the lack of people in-game blahhhhh READY FOR THIS DAMN BATTLE SYSTEM FIX ALREADY <-impatient
