I've lost about 20 pounds since the moment I've taken this pics. I don't have a smartphone or any camera so It's the only pics I can provide. I've lost 53 pounds in total. I'm very proud of it! This is one hell of an acheivement for me. I'm almost 36 years old...I could swear it was waaaaay easier to lose weight when I was younger! Lots of mountain bike training and a tough job did the trick. Almost no change to my diet, just hard work.

Way to go on the weight loss man!! Trust me, it is easier the younger you are. I'm closing in on the big Four-Oh so fast it feels like I'm hitting a turbo boost or something, and I notice a huge difference from even just 3 years ago.
