Last-minute purchase early access

I stopped by Gamestop today during my lunch, 12 est, put my 5 bucks down to pre-order and got an early access code...

Finally got around to pre-ordering the digital download from Square's store. Paid my money, got my 18 digit code immediately, redeemed it for my 20 digit code, applied to my account, and done.

If you buy the ps3 digital from psn, it will still give early access.

do you know if you are supposed to get a extra code for the extra gear for pre-ordering the CE version on psn, or if it gets sent through mog mail automatically???

Anyone know if it's possible to buy a copy from Gamestop tomorrow and still get early access? Trying to convince a friend to pick it up.

It's automatic, as you go thru the registration it will list all the items and whatnot.

Gamestop is out of EA codes, you will have to buy from the SE store.

Not entirely true. The store I went to said they had codes. I explained to him what the beta forums were saying about codes not showing up on receipts. I then said well, can I buy it, see if the code shows up, and if it doesn't, can I return it right away for cash? He said yes, and we did the transaction.

1st attempt, there was no code. He then spent about 5 minutes looking up back-up codes, and after some digging, he found one for me.

To the OP, talk to the actual guy at the register, and see if it's possible. If needed, mention the term "back up code", and even explain this post to him/her. Give it a shot, and make sure you can get a refund if it doesn't work.

I'm sorry, I should have mentioned that your CE game code will likely be registered on the 27th, the items should show up then... Iirc, the service registered now is just for the early access/ pre order
