Ok I got that message but without being able to click on anything I immediately got this message.

so your launcher looked like the screen posted rsparrowk but then you got that message after? Did you click on something?

Nope, it sat on the screen rsparrowk first posted then after ~5 seconds the page i posted just loaded itself. At first I even thought, great everything is good to go! and then BAM

well if you are legacy log into your secure account and check under services for the legacy symbol...if it is there you should be good to go.

If you are still worried about it just jump into the live chat support que and put it in a separate window until your turn (usually 1-2 hours) and make sure with a tech.

I would try and wait for live chat or call, there are people that have been waiting for a response for weeks now. I am sure SE is doing everything they can to get support to everyone, but to make sure you get into EA, I would do live chat or call. IMO

I would call. I called this morning to confirm my EA status. Called at exactly 9:00am (PDT) and waited for 25 min. for a rep. Totally worth it. The guy was very helpful and was able to confirm status.

I am not legacy so I wouldn't know where to start, but from reading the forums I think it should be automatic for you guys...I could be wrong. Also just because you have a 1.0 account doesn't make you legacy...I also have a 1.0 character but decided not to pay the 3 months to become legacy. I think you can log into your account management page with SE and see if you have the legacy sign. good luck!
