Early Access and NDA for video live broadcast

There aren't any plans to interrupt the service after early access. At what point exactly is the NDA lifted, then? This is getting ridiculous.

Logically it would end exactly 3 days after the start of early access... So if EA starts at 2am on the 24th logic would dictate it would end at 2am on the 27th. Besides who is honestly gonna survive 3 straight days playing? Most people will pass out by then and wake up with the NDA being gone

The only person I know that has been allowed videos from SE is Yogscast Kim. She had some gameplay video from previous beta phases, but I am unsure if she is posting anything for early access. Nevertheless, I suggest to watch some of her videos as they are quite informative and fun to watch.

I, for one, am looking forward to catching some early access streams on twitch because I don't have the early access. It would be a shame if they were still anal about the nda and taking down streams after beta had ended.

Yeah, if you bought FFXI back in the day, you're immune to bans, that makes sense.

Honestly though, I don't care if people stream during early access, whatever floats people's boats. I just wanted to point out that a possible reason for why it's still not allowed for EA is that whatever contract/legal work they did in order to specifically release the rights and allow us to stream (since they specifically said they went through the trouble to ensure that streaming their game would be free of copyright entanglements for our convenience) isn't set to take effect until 8/27/2013.

I think it is dumb that they are not allowing streaming during EA, but I don't think it is worth getting your twitch account ban or your ffxiv account.

After watching that new primal video from SE this youtube clip popped up in my "recommended for you" list (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LM-KVI7rTQU).

I commented on the video, telling him that the NDA is still in effect + phase 3 videos wont be allowed even after the NDA is gone. Though he deleted my comment apparently :/

Actually one of my friends was enjoying watching people get banned on twitch and losing their game accounts when he got stuck with the 3102 issue during phase 4. Saw 27 accounts get hit, a few with 1.0 characters that were all warned before they got a ban
