Anyone know what the Monk requirements will be? Is it still 30 Pugilist 15 lancer?

Also for rotation; I throw the archer crit buff (straigh shot?) in there.

Monks are limited to Lancer and Marauder skills. Can't use Straight shot while Monk.

Both, assuming the target would live long enough to get the full duration out of Demolish. You'd simply alternate them or use Demolish every third finisher (so something like Snap > Snap > Demolish).
