OP - at least you have a tracking number and you received notification that it shipped or "will" ship. I purchased my CE for pc on the squeenix site the day they became available and have yet to receive a shipping notification, nor have they charged my account for the purchase. They authorized the payment when I preordered but it dropped off a few days later, as expected.

If I don't receive a shipment notification before monday I'm going to be screaming in someones ear at Digital River!

I wouldn't wait.. that's not normal..

They charged my account 2 days ago and sent the email then, and I also ordered that day. 1 PC CE, and 1 PS3 CE, in seperate orders and both are on the way..
Just wanted to let you know, the quicker you can figure it out the better XD GL

The shipping thing I wouldn't be too worried about, but the not charging your account, that doesn't sound right.

I checked the tracking number in my email through the website provided on the first page here and my CE is being tracked, and is enroute to be delivered between the 26th and the 28th.

So obviously Digital River isn't providing false information. That's a sensationalist title being used to grab attention. They're a pretty shoddy company, yes. But it looks like stuff is going through.

Maybe wait another day, and if nothing shows up, then try and contact them directly.

Mine shipped a few days ago from Digital River via UPS...so maybe something in your order got messed up?

You mean PC Digital CE, right? Because Physical PC CE has been sold out for over a month.

They ran an authorization in May when I ordered, then the money was returned to my account. They didn't actually charge anyone until this week!! Make sure you have the funds in the account they authorized everyone XD

Tracking numbers are generated when the shipping label is printed, not when the box lands on the truck. They're preparing thousands of preorders that need to be shipped out in a very short period of time. A tracking number being available so early simply means that they're getting prepared.

I noticed my error after posting and have since deleted the post. I know how the pre-auth works.

USPS is slow to update tracking numbers, if they do at all. I've had plenty of USPS shipments come in and the tracking number didn't get updated until it actually arrived.

If you don't receive your copy upon the estimated date that's when you should call and complain.

Tracking information can usually take anywhere from 24-48 hrs to update once the label has been created.

My tracking number is working through the Newgistics site, coming from somewhere in Indiana and scheduled to be here the 27th or 28th. My question is how did you guys even find out who the shipper was? There's no mention of that in the email I received from Digital River. There was a space for a tracking URL but there was no URL listed there lol. The only mention of shipping or tracking was the tracking number itself.
