Early access for PC owners of 1.0 non legacy

Based off these, I would say you must be legacy to get into the early access. You'll have to purchase the game in order to get in.

I believe he was asking not if he gets into EA without having to buy the game but if it is okay to use a PC pre-order code when he already has a PC copy from 1.0 To that I do believe I read somewhere (don't have the source) that the pre-order code is separate from the actual game and so it is no problem. Just you will have a copy of the game laying around. I personally did this myself and am giving the game to a guild-mate that needs it.
