Confirming Characters on PS3 for Pre-order Items

I have a legacy character "Mikumiku Dance" that is my primary character, but during Open Beta I also made a character named "Threeone Zerotwo" on a different server.

The account selection screen says to "Confirm the characters" before continuing but only lists Threeone Zerotwo.



I'm scared, will Mikumiku Dance also get the Mog Cap?

Did you play with your Legacy character at all during beta 4?

It may be that existing 1.0 characters are not properly logged into the ARR server system until they are used at least once in the client.

Also, am I to understand that EA items will only apply to one character? (That seems odd because my 1.0 'Garlond Goggles' applied to my whole account, every character I make gets one in the mail)

I think(?) the code applies to your whole account, and every character on it, and it lists any active characters on that service account so you can verify that you're applying it to the right service account (and not the wrong one, because that would be bad).

I noticed this too it, here on the forums it list both my characters but on PS3 pre-order linking to my account it only list my secondary character. I looked at the link in earlier reply but saw a few saying that had same thing but didn't see any response saying anything about it. Not that I'm worried about not be able to play my main character during EA but I want to make sure that my main gets the pre-order items or do all characters get the items?

This Screen? It appears when you want to link a PS3 account to a existing SE account.

A theory and a question:

I'm guessing since you have a character named 3102, that its on a japanese server? The same thing happened to me. It listed the characters that I made on Valefor for the lala march as my characters. I think it just lists the character on the highest listed server in their list.

My question is, in the first picture, your CE dlc is listed. Did you register the PC CE edition?

Edit: If you guys want to see the order in which they list servers, you can check by clicking "world" on the launch page. I'm guessing your main is on a server way toward the bottom.

It doesn't show my legacy character on the forums or when I linked my account. I'm hoping it is as others have said that I need to use it once before it shows up.
Because i didn't use it at all in phase 4. It can't be gone forever right? lol

Same things happened to me. I'm less worried about the pre-order items, as I'm fairly certain they're for all characters, and more worried I won't be able to play on my main during early access. After being locked out of the last half of P4 due to the 3102 bug, I'd really hate to be even farther behind my friends by not being able to play during EA.

YES YES YES ANY character will be able to get that i had a thread earlier about this

got off the phone from SE at 2:09 PM EST he confirmed my character name, times i was playing level , everything,

furthermore if you have MULTIPLE services all characters AND bonuses will be transferred automatically to the most recent and no data is in any danger whatsoever

so even if you opted for "create new service" youre STILL GOOD

trust me i was on the phone with this guy for like an hour being a psycho customer lol...judge me idc... im gettin mines
