Account set to wrong region.

So, I made my account when I was still living in the UK and now when I try to put in my 20 digit NA code it says it is inapplicable for my region. I put in a ticket but still haven't heard back, also is there a phone service that actually works?

But anyways I was wondering if they can change my account region to where I am now, and if they can't, will I be able to at least get a EU code so I can register before the early access. I mean I can just play on a NA server with my friends even if my account is technically EU, so I really wouldn't care. Please any info on this subject?

i guess you could always make a new account, but you would loose your beta char in doing that, because yea i cant see an option to change region
i guess their ticket system would be mega backlogged,

Why? if bought my collector edition UK version only that but my account is linked to the NA version.
