Want to exchange EU code for US code.

Well they said all you have to do is make sure you are properly logged into the social site and re-redeem your 18 digit code and it will generate a new NA 20 digit code. But I'm sure you all did that already.

As a side note, thats how I got a proper NA code.

I tried every method that has been on the forums for a at-least 10x. To no avail have I had any luck :[

I think my problem is that every time I go back to the preorder.na page, it resets my account to show a UK flag :/ I can change it all I want, but as soon as I go back to enter my pre-order code, it just changes it back.... it just keeps giving me an EU code ._.

Might be the problem. On the preorder page if you push the arrow next to your picture and hover over the links they should be pointing to na.square-enix.com and not eu.square-enix.com. You may have to log out and back a couple times to get it "right."

I know the key reissue does work because I did it personally. *shrug* might be other issues at work.

I'm close to just giving up and accepting the fact that square enix pretty much screwed us all over.... I'm honestly worried how bad we will get screwed during official release... Will they deny us our collector edition in game items next? wouldn't be surprised if they did
