    @seraseth I've been trying to find the chat support also for the past hour. I think it disappeared. They might have disabled it. I'm now on queue on the phone.

    I am currently in the queue waiting for chat support, and not for FFXI, but generic chat support. I will see if I can find the direct link to it.

    I put in
    "Account/Billing"
    "Registration Information"
    Typed "Cant register for early access FFXIV" in the box
    Click next.

    The next page will have a link to related support articles, I had 1 - "What am I supposed to do with this registration code that came with FINAL FANTASY XIV?"

    It says click next if this isn't relevant; click next.

    Scroll to the bottom of the next screen. It will have "Attention: North American support is open blah blah"
    Followed by Email, and Chat.

    Click chat, fill in the form, and click next. After that, it will load up the chat window.

    What phone number are you using? I keep getting a busy signal and no queue. And yes, a direct link to a chat support would be great, it's a pain to find anything on their site.

    Edit: tried ffxiv instead of ARR and found live chat! thanks!

    Edit: 149 in queue :P

    Edit: I'll post whatever they tell me about the damn EU code issue when I get through.
