Off Topic: Why can't i make a new thread? it's says daily limit reached or character is not high enough level.

Also how do i get my character data to show on the left near my name.

I already full edited my profile and chose who my main character was which is from phase 4.

I am not legacy nor a 1.0 player so this might be why.

Seems odd that character shows up when i logged in for the first time but i can't start threads or see the info on the left like everyone else.

If i need to do something else please point me in the right direction, I don't have a pic right now but i will edit this post with one once i have one.

Sorry for crashing the thread but like i said it's not like i could make a new one

EDIT: Ok so now it shows up my data on the left but im still unable to make threads :_
