Totally going off topic here but in case you hadn't heard yet or forgot the Perseids meteor shower is peaking tonight into tomorrow. Get outside if the sky is clear, lay out a blanket and just lie on your back and look up, no special equipment needed! Best time to view is between midnight and dawn. Sorry about not giving more heads up here :<

Sadly it's less visible from the southern hemisphere due to the geometry of the situation (sorry Australians!), but you still might be able to spot a few if you're below the equator.
