Against cross-server groups? please...

I play 2-3 hours per night tops, I work full time. I am against cross server grouping in any way, shape or form.

I was pretty happy with where Yoshi was taking this game, and this is the first "deal breaker" for me. If this is implemented I probably will quit. Not an ultimatum, just a fact. Please, Yoshi, reconsider.

I played WoW with the cross server dungeons and I can testify to the problems it caused. I won't go into them because they have been mentioned manifold on other posts/threads, but they are there folks, and they are real. Cross server stuff turned a significant portion of the community into flaming jerks, don't let that happen to FF14, please.

Yet WOW is 15m players strong and counting. Also Blizzard didn't remove this options nor did they make any modifications to it over the years. So i guess it didn't hurt WOW at all.. why would it hurt FFXIV then?

I think not being able to find a party withing max 20min is what will kill FFXIV. A lot more people will be turned off by the countless hours trying to find a party then by some jerk who will ninja their goods.

Look at it this way....

15-20min to find a party, at the end someone ninja your item. Reaction? oh well it sucks a lot but i'll get another shot in 15min.

I'm not really wanting to debate, I just want my opinion for NO CROSS SERVER GROUPING in every thread about the subject I can find. In this way I hope to help influence SE to NOT IMPLEMENT THIS FEATURE. Thanks.
