Thats not Rester, thats Mamacita Lalacita (or just Mama Lala, still not sure on the name)
Though the middle one was made to look more like Rester though.

BIO:
When Aluena Mahri was young she was exiled in disgrace from her family and she became a poacher at the edge of The Twelveswood. She was eventually caught by an Old Hyur woman named Mary who took her in and, despite Aluena's hostility and arrogance, did her best to teach and raise her. Aluena eventually grew to respect Mary who was always patient and kind with her. Several years after Aluena was saved Mary passed away. Devistated by her loss Aluena forsake the name of the family who abandoned her and took Mary's name as a final respect to her caretaker and teacher. After some time Aluena registered to the Adventurer's Guild and began travelling. In her travels she discovered her strong passion for magic. Generally a very unsociable person Aluena rarely speaks her mind, still holding her memories of her old family's harshness towards her.

No one knows what Tyger's life was like before the fateful day she first came to Gridania and was chased by a treant, why she has a Keeper of the Moon name, or why she would come to Eorzea looking for snow. Even bribing her with fish or ice cream will only get you an admission that she had always wanted to learn the art of Conjurery along with mutterings of a time when she could also call on fire, ice, and lightning. A great lover of winter, Tyger is on a quest to find a place where there is snow all year round. Her quest was a failure five years ago, but surely with the great changes wrought by the Calamity her wish will finally come true. She secretly wishes Oha-Sok had given her a Healer's Parka, but grudgingly admits that the robe is better suited for most Eorzean climes.

Likes: snow, fish, ice cream, snow, conjurery, Hildebrand (before he broke into her room), snow, Gridania, and Moogles.

oh, yeah and snow.

Dislikes: hot weather, naked Roegadyn, Ifrit, Bahamut, fire elementals, invading imperials, and brussel sprouts.

I use a tool called "PrtScr". When you press it's screen capture button, you can then cut out a section you want to keep, add markings and save directly to disk (without having to use Paint).
