the Militia items are Unique/Untradeable so maybe that the reason you never saw them in the ward lol. Also not sure what you taking about darklight slow your endurance cause of weight. Last time i check that was not part of this game.

I couldn't think of the word, so I just said endurance, I forget which attribute it reduces a lot.
