There's no Skirmish in ARR, so I can only assume that it won't be obtainable.

I don't believe the Giantsgall weapons were listed as unobtainable in that post during 1.0, however there won't be any skirmish content in ARR, so I think they should have been listed but were missed.

Quoting myself, because well, I can't find the official source talking about skirmish changes, only people's reactions to it. Seems it might have been changed into a FATE, or turned into 4 man content rather than removed. Maybe I'm full of it and we will still have those weapons.

I think it's more likely they'll just add it as a reward from different content than make it unobtainable tbh.

Lots of gear got shifted around. The Coeurl's Eye is no longer a drop in Sposhae, but now an item from a chest in one of the dungeons, I forget which one offhand. I just see the Giantsgall stuff being the same.
