World Application Status Update please?

I am not sure how frequently they update the population status, but if you log into the Transfer Application site (https://frontier.ffxiv.com/worldTransfer/na/index.html), this is what it shows right now:

World status as of 07.08.2013 18:20. (I believe the times are Pacific so this would be as of last evening at 9:20 PM Eastern time - less than 24 hours ago as I post this)

Thank You so much JillyBean didn't know the application page shows current status. Been refreshing the lodestone front page like an idiot for the last few days hoping for an update on status lol.

@Akujin, i was asking since like you guessed its for friends, since their new players, they wont be able to make their character till phase 4 so wanted a server that's not full. Looks like its between Sargatanas and Balmung now.

Jillybean, if you don't mind me asking, how is the community on Sargatanas?
