NPC Lost and Found: Who survived the Calamity? (No/little Spoilers)

A lil note on Wawalago, it seems his manner of speech has changed? In ver 1 he said things like "A paradise for pullers, and by pullers I mean puller of nets, and by nets I mean ones chock-full of fresh fish from the frothing fathoms of our fair waters" or "they've done nothing but cause constant commotion, preventing my poor pullers from pulling that which it is their prerogative to pull."

It seems like now he does a much more basic template of rhyming the last word every sentence. I only remember reading a few lines from him so I may be wrong, but I was a bit disappointed in how it changed... I loved how he talked in ver.1! Also, Sisipu is still in the Fisherman's Guild as well. I get the vibe she's matured a bit and is taking charge of things in the guild now!

Maybe the Goldsmith quests say something about this, but since I didn't unlock GSM, all I have is the small talk from the GSM guildmaster: He's new, and replaced an old guildmaster due to some incident or scandal.

I believe he may be referring to Nielefresne's brother, who inherited Eshteime's Lapidaries after his death, and whom was also in love with Fl'hammin?

Was also sad not to see any mention of F'lhaminn or the Lala twins and their family at the Miner's Guild.

I thought the name Frediswitha sounded familiar! Was he the one with a bad memory in 1.0? I remember he was at Drybone, like he is now.

I was in the Immortal Flames in 1.0, and did some GC quests there involving a Captain Jakys Ryder. Sad to say, he died at Cartenau. May his soul rest in paradise and may Nald watch over him. Or was it Thal? I can never remember which one is which. One of them is in charge of the afterlife, right?

Kayokane, which quest was that? And what do you mean, are you saying he's a returning character? No wait a second...you're not saying that's Cid, are you? Speaking of which, Cid is missing, presumed dead (although, as you said, his appearance in the E3 trailer dispels my worry for him.)

She would give you Ifrit and Garuda weapons and some pre-AF armor for classes. In 1.0, she was located between Bric-a-Brac, and the PUG guild.

Now, she's hanging out by the Drybone Aetherite. Dunno if she's still working for the collector, I can't remember her dialog.

Speaking of Bric-a-brac, it's not there anymore, now it's a front for the WVR guild. I made so much money from that store, it's sad it's not there anymore. I thought of it as an Ul'dah landmark.

If we assume Rowena is still serving the same master, she is probably missing for the same reason that higher level content is missing.
