Which server will New Zealanders and Australians play on?

The current consensus is as follows:

Legacy Oceanic server = Masamune
New player Oceanic = Tonberry



It makes absolutely no sense to join an NA server, and it would only server to split the community.

Like I said people's performance may vary depending on their location and service provider. Also people may not want to play on a Japanese server regardless of ping. Saying that oceanics should only be on JP servers is quite restrictive.

Actually i agree with Rogue Muse thou.... if you want MAJORITY of the oceania/sea, come to Masamune/Tonberry.

quite the contrary, I met many aussie ppl on Sarg.

I thought Sargatanas was thr unofficial NA oceanic server and Masamune was the unofficial JP oceanic server. For legacy anyway, new servers I heard it was tonberry?
I know me n my Aussie mates are seeing how Sargatanas ping is and I plan on scoping out Masamune in beta 3.

Just as seirra said. do visit the oceanic guildwork site. But alot of players of oceanic be mostly on masamune/tonberry. Along with ineternational linkshell/company that has NA and such.

I'm with people that we don't wanna see international linkshells spread out but if a majority of the linkshell would prefer an NA one or just happen to get better ping, then pick a NA server.
