Ahh, Roo-ga-din....I've been saying Row-ga-din. Everything else, I've been pretty good with.
Eorzea = A-or-zee-ah, but I got into the habit of saying Ee-ore-zee-ah.

We all have. Anyone who says they pronounced it right from the get go is a damn liar!
And I'm going to stick to saying Orzea without the E, or A sound period lol
It's inspiring to listen someone with such an enthusiastic nature. I hope, that some day i'll score a job i can really become absorbed in and work with like-minded, confident and passionate people, towards common interests and goals.
I hope once he gets a little more time, Ferne does a "Word of the Week" podcast, which is literally him just saying one Eorzean word.
Hmm... now I'm curious how Fernes would pronounce my name at a glance.
Did not know it was ROO-ga-din.
More like KangaROOgadyn, mirite?
It's kinda funny, I came out after this and you guys kept saying "Ifrit" differently during your commentary and I thought "oh man if Fernehalwes could hear this..."
I'm not sure about a recurring thing, but we're trying to get some more done with Fernehalwes regarding pronunciation!
Additionally, we'll have a full blown Q and A about how Fernehalwes actually got involved in localization and how they do what they do. (it may or may not involve a video game where you rob old ladies)

Nice to know I got everything right except roegadyn, although I think most people got that one wrong.
Only thing he got incorrect (but he don't speak French so that's coo) was Louisoix's last name, which is said "Le-ve-yur" not "Le-ve-lur"
This was a really fun interview xD Ferne is such a fun guy to hear talk. Hope we can get more of this kind of stuff in the future!
