    well now we know when peak times are over gonna be that much harder to do stuff with people anyways. the population will shrink every night.

    no one is forcing people to stick to there region(which means there still global) but they will so they dont get lag. they just decided to catagorize.

    You're forgetting about the "Duty Finder." If you are on late after the "peak" time is over you can use the "duty finder" to find people from other servers. Plus, I was on the server Ridill which was very diverse. And when everyone I knew was either sleeping or away.. a lot of JP players didn't want to {Team up?} anyways. So it did me no good.
