Can't say anything for sure, but considering beta phase 3 states that all holders of XIV service accounts are eligible to play, you may not even get an invite sent to you, and instead it may just be automatically added to your account. Can't confirm it, like I said, but just a guess since it would be a lot of emails for SE to send out just to send codes to everyone with an active or inactive XIV service account attached to their SE Account when they could simply flag all XIV service accounts with beta access.

Heard a few people got PS3 invites, but no one close to me and they had their FFXIII codes still.

that's the problem though you have to have a code to download it for the ps3

If you've been in the previous beta phases - you don't need an e-mail / invite. Launch the beta launcher, accept t&c's, sign-in, download update.

It just occurred to me; does that also count for PS3 Beta? Can we all participate in that, no problem, without an invite? *tilts head* I mean, did they specify that all former 1.0 account holders would be able to participate in the PC Beta and only the PC Beta, absent of an invite?

I apologize if any head aches are had by my question.

My brother is Legacy and he's just opened the client and had a 5GB update, so I'm guessing they've released the client for phase 3!

I wonder if we will get to experience the Legacy intro when we log into our 1.x characters in phase 3 test 2... Really want to see what happens!
