I'll miss Masamune, but I prefer to be on a NA server.
Now it's also my understanding that the beta server you're on at the end of Phase 4 determines where your character will be for launch unless you apply for a transfer. Right?
I was very much hoping to remain on Ragnarok, however with the building consensus amongst Oc/SEA and some EU/NA players to join a JP based server for an international mix including Jp, it looks as if it might be a move to Masamune. The mixed region nature of my L.S/F.C would be helped by that and certainly I would prefer to avoid a predominately EU/NA population which I fear would arise with Ragnarok being the designated EU server being based in NA-Montreal as I understand it to be.
This will all of course depend on the group consensus as I personally have never had an issue with lag etc in either 1.0 or anywhere else so I will go where they want to.
I'll most likely be staying on Hyperion, unless my ls decides to leave ~Nyaa

~~Thank You Niqo'te
Sargatanas for me! I miss the Onions. ; ;
I'm not sure where I'll be headed ; ;, depends on my friend and where her linkshell take her D:
But if for some reason her linkshell pick Balmung, then we'll probably head to Excalibur or maybe Hyperion.
I don't have anything against you Balmung guys, I did start on Besaid but there are a few very good reasons for me to steer clear of the place>< lol
Act in such a way that you treat humanity, whether in your own person or in the person of another, always at the same time as an end and never simply as a means
What determines where your 1.0 character will be is their 1.0 server, unless you apply for a world transfer.

For FFXIV: ARR, additional data centers have been established in regions outside of Japan. Version 1.0 character data has been transferred to these regional data centers, and will be subsequently transferred to Worlds bearing the same names as before.
In the event that your character data has been transferred to an undesired region, we ask that you submit a World transfer application. Applications will be accepted during phase 3, and transfers will occur during phase 4.
Please read over the details of the World transfer before filling out the application.
That going to suck for people who not going to play to later on. They going to be stuck in a JP world lol.What determines where your 1.0 character will be is their 1.0 server, unless you apply for a world transfer.

It pays to stay well informed. ^^;
If you don't plan to play until later, because of school, work, or whatever, you can still apply for that world transfer and hopefully be on the world of your choice when you do get back to the game.![]()
Most people going to bitch just wait and see. Look at legacy it was send by email over 3times said in many gaming site but they miss it. At least by the time they join they may be a way to switch for a fee lol.
