repair costs too much?

you have to be x level and that's the problem

why don't just lift this repair capped? or reduce it to 30 rank lower than the gear rank? I'll stop complain

do you have to be the rank of the item? like for a rank 30 weapon you need to be rank 30 craft class. this is one of the reasons I think repair NPCs should be cheaper. to have to level a whole other job just to repair items is bad game design. most if not all MMOs in the past few years have had a NPC way to repair items.
