    Yep, I'm going with that. Moose put it more eloquently... "How did you first encounter the Final Fantasy series?"

    I wish I could say it was love at first sight, but it was an ad for "Final Fantasy 3". I was turned off by the cutesy sprites they used.

    It wasn't until years later when I saw cutesy sprites of Emerald and Ruby WEAPON that I wanted to get Final Fantasy 7.
