Will there be any FATE's aimed (either primarily or as equals) at gathering and crafting classes?

Is there any chance we'll see shepherd or any other DoL classes in ARR aside from the 3 we currently have?
Is anything planned to make the crafting classes unique from each other? It seems to be pretty identical from what we've seen of carpentry and leatherworking, without either class really having any unique characteristics aside from the tools used and the items used/made. When the metal working classes (GSM, ARM and BSM) are introduced, that line will become even more foggy. For instance, BSM and ARM are in the same building and share many of the same recipes, how will they be made more distinct from one another?
Will miqo'te (and ALL of the other races) children exist in ARR?
It has already been mentioned that fishing will be a unique gathering class, with even weather effecting it. Will mining and botany be equally unique? Or will they be almost identical, just with different tools and resources gathered, like they were in 1.xx?
Will there be quest rewards beyond the usual gear/gil/exp fare? Things like unlocking unique locations and services? For instance, helping a merchant or an airship owner, and then being able to access the items that merchant sells or access that location via airship from then on?
What are your thoughts on cash shops and microtransactions, both for purely cosmetic stuff and Pay2Win consumables?
Disclaimer: I'm not in any way indicating my own preferences regarding these things. It's simply a hot topic that comes up a lot and I'd like to hear Yoshi's stance on these things once and for all.
I'd like to know this as well, and have asked it in earlier live letter threads.
Also, will there be any plans for in-town FATEs (missing child, stray animal, seasonal minigames).
