Sorry if I'm late but I'm not loggin too much, but I'm seeing this topic when I can.

PS: I'm not a good coocker T_T. I can do instant noodles or a Brazilian Barbecue o/ (I'm good on that!). Here we call the good barbecue "Churrasco Gaucho". It's a traditional barbecue from the Rio Grande do Sul state. I think that on US there's a steakhouse with that type of barbecue ("Fogo de chão"). It's so nice. It have one here on my city (Belo Horizonte), but it's too expensive >.<. I ate there once a year mostly, because of the price.
